Dr Sasi Senga
Chief Executive Officer
Dr Sasi Senga is a neurosurgical oncologist and biomedical scientist with academic training in neuroscience, cancer biology and molecular genetics. He holds Master’s degrees in Neuroscience and in Cancer and Therapeutics, and was both an Oxford Clarendon Scholar and a UK Commonwealth Scholar. He is a recipient of the Harvard Medical School Excellence Award and has held academic appointments at the University of Oxford and Stanford University.
His work spans cancer biology, translational medicine and the application of emerging technologies to human disease. At Kalacura-AI™, he leads the development and clinical translation of the company’s Biological Intelligence platform.
Advisor – AI Infrastructure & Platform Scaling
Peter is a technology executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling advanced computing and AI infrastructure. At NVIDIA, he led key software efforts during the formative years of CUDA and accelerated computing, advancing the ecosystem that enabled large-scale enterprise and data centre GPU deployments.
His career spans senior engineering and leadership roles across Bitfusion, VMware, and SambaNova. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Software at d-Matrix, leading the software organisation building the platform foundations for next-generation AI compute accelerators.
At Kalacura-AI, Peter advises on platform architecture, runtime scaling, and infrastructure strategy, bringing deep operational experience in taking complex compute architectures from emerging hardware to production deployment at scale.
Joseph Senga
Chief Technology Officer
Joseph Senga is a senior technology and AI leader with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software engineering, systems architecture and large-scale technology infrastructure, including senior technical roles at IBM, Huawei and Dell EMC.
He has led the design and deployment of complex AI and data systems across enterprise environments. At Kalacura-AI™, he leads the technology architecture and computational infrastructure supporting the development and scaling of the company’s Biological Intelligence platform.
Prof. Jaak Ph. Janssens
Advisor – Oncology & Clinical Translation
Prof. Jaak Ph. Janssens is an oncologist and molecular biologist with extensive experience in cancer research, prevention and clinical translation. He served for nearly two decades as President of the European Cancer Prevention Organization, from 2004 to 2022, and is Founder and CEO of Bioncise.
His career spans academic medicine, oncology research and the development of translational approaches to cancer care. At Kalacura-AI™, he advises on oncology strategy, clinical development and the translation of Biological Intelligence into clinically meaningful applications.
